Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of rideMULTIPLIED, operated by Off Screen Global, Inc.. The terms are written in plain language on purpose: this is a platform that helps travellers share a seat that is already travelling.
Last updated 9 August 2026
1.Who we are, and what we are not
rideMULTIPLIED is operated by Off Screen Global, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (EIN 61-2290414, Delaware file number 10322622, incorporated 5 September 2025).
We are a matching platform. We are not a transport provider, carrier, taxi or limousine service, travel agency, broker or insurer. We do not own, operate, dispatch, drive or insure any vehicle, and we do not employ or contract drivers.
Every ride on the platform is a transfer that a traveller — or their employer, client or conference — has already booked and paid for independently. We only help fill the empty seat.
2.Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use rideMULTIPLIED.
- One account per person. Your profile information must be accurate, including your name, company and traveller category.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private.
- Verification badges (work email, ID) are trust signals. They are not a guarantee about any person, and they do not make us responsible for anyone's conduct.
3.How rides work
- Hosts share a seat in a transfer that is already booked and paid for, keeping the original pickup, time and single destination. No detours and no extra stops.
- Riders join a ride that is already going their way. Joining is a request; hosts decide whether to accept.
- Both sides are free to cancel. Cancel as early as you can — repeated late cancellations and no-shows can lead to suspension.
- Meeting points, luggage and travel speed are agreed between travellers on the platform, not by us.
4.No cash. Ride Credits only.
Riders pay no cash. Hosts earn Ride Credits when a shared ride is completed. Ride Credits are a loyalty balance inside rideMULTIPLIED:
- They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- They may expire, and we may adjust, withhold or reverse credits obtained through error, abuse or fake rides.
- A credit balance is not a promise that a matching ride exists at the moment you want to use it.
- Any payment processing on the platform is currently in test mode and does not move real money.
5.Your itinerary is your responsibility
Ride matching is optional and best-effort. Keep the transport you would otherwise have used as a backup, and never rely on a match for a time-critical journey.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Screen Global, Inc. is not liable for missed flights, trains or meetings, delays, cancellations, no-shows, route changes, vehicle condition, driver conduct, lost or damaged luggage, or any loss arising from a ride arranged through the platform.
6.What you may not do
- No commercial driving, no operating a for-hire transport service, and no reselling seats.
- No requesting or accepting cash or other payment outside the Ride Credits system.
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, hate speech or unwanted contact.
- No false profile information, fake rides, or misuse of another traveller's data.
- No scraping, automated access, or copying contact or connection data off the platform.
7.Disputes between travellers
Travellers resolve issues between themselves. We may suspend or ban accounts, remove content and act on safety reports, but we do not mediate disputes and we do not pay compensation for a ride we did not provide. Serious safety concerns should also be reported to local authorities.
8.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, put other travellers at risk, or use the platform for commercial transport.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When the change is material, we will ask you to acknowledge the new version in the app before you post or join another ride. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you live in the EU or EEA, nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
